William Perper was a long time member of Westchester Country Club and a constant supporter of the CSF. The fund was established in 2012, through a bequest from Mr. Perper’s estate. Awards are made to caddies from Westchester Country Club. The most recent awardee was Liam Garrity who graduated from St. Joseph’s College.
