The WGACSF is pleased to announce that the Wayne Lyski Memorial Scholarship is now officially an Endowed Scholarship in the CSF program. Thanks to proceeds from the Wayne Lyski Memorial Golf Outing last year, the adequate amount of funds were raised to meet the endowed scholarship minimum.
Wayne Lyski passed in the fall of 2020. Beloved husband, dad, grandpa, brother, and friend, Lyski had a passion for golf and education. Lyski called the Tuxedo Club his home course and on September 27, 2021 the first Wayne Lyski Memorial Golf Outing was held.
The scholarship in his name will be awarded for the first time for the 2023-24 academic year. Awards can be made to any CSF scholar with demonstrable need, with preference given to those from Tuxedo.
